A Note From Us
The Legacy Card Deck is a thoughtful, experience-based product. Because of the nature of the deck and how it is used, we handle returns a little differently than traditional retail.
Our goal is to support you, not rush you, and to be clear about what we can and cannot do.
Returns
If the deck does not feel right for you, that is okay.
You may return your Legacy Card Deck within 60 days of delivery, provided that:
- All 52 cards are included
- The deck is unused and undamaged
- The packaging is returned in original condition
Eligible returns will be issued as store credit, which you can use at any time in the future.
We do not offer cash refunds, but we do want you to feel supported if you change your mind.
Exchanges & Order Issues
If your order arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
Please reach out to us as soon as possible and we will make it right.

- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos if applicable
Our team will take care of you.
What We Cannot Accept
- Decks that are incomplete
- Cards that are damaged, bent, written on, or missing
- Items returned outside the 60-day window
This helps us ensure fairness and quality for everyone.
Store Credit
- Does not expire
- Can be used on any future purchase
- Allows you to return when it feels right
Many people choose to keep their credit for a later moment, and that is completely okay.
